Your health data is the most sensitive information you will ever entrust to anyone. Here is exactly what we do with it.
The data controller is Clinique Al Manar, 21 boulevard d’Anfa, 20250 Casablanca. Processing operations are declared to the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP), in accordance with law 09-08.
The data protection officer can be reached at contact@cliniquealmanar.ma, marked “DPO”.
Identity and contact data (name, phone, email) to book and confirm appointments. Health data (history, results, reports) for medical care. Billing data for administration and direct insurer billing.
No health data is used for advertising, commercial profiling or resale. No data is passed to an insurer without your explicit written consent.
Medical records are encrypted at rest and in transit, and hosted on servers located in Morocco. Access is named, individual and logged: every file opening is recorded with the identity of the person and a timestamp.
The medical record is kept for twenty years from the last consultation, in line with the legal obligations applying to care institutions. Booking data not followed by a consultation is deleted after twelve months.
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data, within the limits of the legal obligation to retain medical records. Any request sent to contact@cliniquealmanar.ma receives a reply within thirty days.
You may also refer the matter to the CNDP if you consider that your rights are not being respected.
