How long does it take to get an appointment?

In general medicine, paediatrics and dentistry, a slot is almost always available within 48 hours. For the busiest specialties — cardiology, neurology, gynaecology — expect five to ten days. Every consultant keeps two daily slots reserved for urgent situations: if your GP calls us, we see you the same day.

How much is a consultation, and will I be reimbursed?

A general medicine consultation costs 400 MAD; a specialist consultation between 500 and 750 MAD depending on the discipline. We are accredited with CNSS, CNOPS and the main private insurers: the reimbursed share is usually between 40% and 80%. The exact fee and your estimated out-of-pocket share are stated before the consultation, never after.

When and how will I receive my results?

Routine biology results are returned in under three hours. Imaging reports are handed over before you leave in more than nine cases out of ten. Everything lands in your secure patient area, accessible for life. If a result is abnormal, no email tells you: your doctor calls you personally, within 72 hours at the latest.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

Your ID card, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, and any previous reports you have. You can upload these online the day before via the pre-admission link: your doctor will have read them before you arrive, which frees up consultation time for you.

Can I bring someone with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a companion is welcome in the consultation room, and we actively encourage it: two people remember what was said better than one. In paediatrics, both parents may attend. For imaging examinations, the companion waits in the lounge, except for a child or a person with a disability.

Do you offer direct billing to insurers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with CNSS, CNOPS and eight private insurers including AXA, Wafa, Saham, Allianz and RMA. You then pay only the remaining balance. Our admissions team checks your cover while you are in the waiting room and tells you the exact amount before the consultation.

What if I have no insurance?

You are seen in exactly the same way. Fees are displayed at reception and on this site, with no hidden extras. Interest-free payment in three instalments is available above 3,000 MAD. In addition, 12% of our activity is dedicated to free solidarity consultations, referred by four partner associations in Casablanca.

Can I ask for a second medical opinion?

Yes, and we regard it as a right, not a sign of mistrust. A second-opinion consultation lasts forty-five minutes and assumes you send us the existing file in advance. Our consultants issue a written, reasoned opinion that may confirm or qualify the first — and say so plainly either way.

Is my health data genuinely protected?

Your records are encrypted and hosted on servers located in Morocco, in line with law 09-08 and declared to the CNDP. Access is named and logged: we know who opened your file and when. No health data is shared with a third party — insurer included — without your written consent, and none is ever used for advertising.

How do I cancel or move an appointment?

From the link in your confirmation SMS, by phone on +212 5 22 98 44 00, or on WhatsApp. We ask for at least six hours’ notice: a freed slot is nearly always taken by a waiting patient. No penalty is charged.

Is the clinic accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Fully. Step-free access, four reserved parking bays next to the lift, adapted toilets on every floor and height-adjustable examination tables in every room. A wheelchair is available at reception, and sign-language interpreting is provided on request at no extra cost.

Where do I park, and is it paid?

The clinic’s underground car park has 120 spaces, free for patients and their companions, with direct lift access to reception. The entrance is on rue Molière. Bus routes 7 and 34 serve the “Anfa Supérieur” stop, 200 metres away.

Do you consult in English or Modern Standard Arabic?

Yes. Our teams consult in Darija, Modern Standard Arabic, French, English and Spanish. Each consultant’s languages are listed on their profile, and you can filter doctors by language when booking. Amazigh and sign-language interpreting is available on request, at no extra cost.

Question 14

Do I need a prescription for a test or a scan?

Accepted Answer

For a laboratory test, no: you can walk in without an appointment or a prescription, including for a routine panel. For imaging, however, a medical prescription is mandatory — a radiation-protection requirement, and a guarantee that the examination requested is the one you actually need.
