Coronary disease is the leading cause of death in Morocco, and it is silent until it is not. Our unit combines functional testing — exercise ECG, ambulatory blood-pressure and rhythm monitoring — with CT coronary angiography, which visualises the coronary arteries without a catheter or an overnight stay. In an intermediate-risk patient, that examination rules a significant stenosis in or out within ten minutes of acquisition. Post-infarction follow-up and cardiac rehabilitation are provided on site, alongside physiotherapy.
